1. Cancellation Eligibility

Refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Reservations marked as non-refundable will not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.

No refunds are issued for early check-outs or unused portions of your stay.

Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations due to natural disasters or unforeseen events.

Damage deposits are fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection after check-out.
